I've been tagged by Nick at Mysterium Fidei Here are the rules:

The rules are simple…Each player lists 8 facts/habits about themselves. The rules of the game are posted at the beginning before those facts/habits are listed. At the end of the post, the player then tags 8 people and posts their names, then goes to their blogs and leaves them a comment, letting them know that they have been tagged and asking them to read your blog.

My bad and good habits...

  1. I have a set amount of prayers that I must pray everyday to feel I've done my duty. However, I hope to insure that I compliment my spiritual life with personal prayer often, and visiting Jesus in the Eucharist as often as possible.

  2. I work at a restaurant. I am a teenager but I cannot stand serving other teenagers in general. Tips have nothing to do with it.
  3. I have a fear of talking on the telephone to people I don't know, or do not know very well, or when it is someone that cannot carry on a conversation.
  4. I almost always pray the rosary when driving, unless someone else is in the car. Then, I turn on music.
  5. Liberals in the Catholic Church I cannot stand. Ugly statues of saints are worse, especially because the fifth commandment doesn't apply to statues.
  6. I very much enjoy talking to others about Faith topics. I will be very upset however if the other person resorts to being disrespectful, illogical, or un-open.
  7. I can make a mess even if it is difficult.
  8. I am especially talented at breaking and losing things.

I now tag the people from these blogs:

Prodigal Son (Are you out there?)

Mulier Fortis

Jimmy Akin

A Catholic Mom in Hawaii

A Catholic Mom climbing the Pillars

A Catholic Londoner

Emitte lucem tuam

Alive and Young

If you have already done this, then give us 8 new facts about you...

I'm still out there. I quit blogging on Prodigal Son months ago,I don't really have what it takes to be a great Catholic blogger, but I still try to read your blog when I can. Your site helped me understand the Faith better & was instrumental in my return to the Church. Keep up the good work man & if you still want to be a priest in the future, there's no doubt in my mind that you will be one of the best. The Church needs good men like you & I hope someday my own parish will be blessed with a true catholic warrior such as yourself.
God be with you

I just noticed that you have a link to my blog on your sidebar, under good catholic sites. I'm gobsmacked! I've thought of starting my site up again but seeing it listed on your blogroll is a real boost to my blogging confidence. Thanks a million PBXVI!

Thanks for updating me as to what was going on with you Danny! I actually very much enjoyed your blog from just the few posts that I read. If you decide to start blogging again (which I hope you do) I will be glad to visit it often, and reccomend your site to others. God bless!

Hope you continue your blogging. It's always great to get a younger point of view.
I'm confused about ugly statues...do you think all statues are ugly or just the very traditional ones????

micki,
Thanks, and sorry blogging has been scarce lately.
I LOVE traditional statues! I'll be posting a picture of a statue we have in my church soon to give you an idea what I mean by "ugly" statue. By all means I wish that there were more statues in parishes as they add such beauty. In my parish, the beautiful traditional statues are stuck in classrooms and we paid lots of money for a Protestant to make an ugly statue of our Blessed Mother. Look forward to that post within a week! God Bless!

Oh I enjoyed this PB. Thanks for the tag. I think I did it previously but I may do it again from a Catholic stand point this time.
