Sorry I'm just getting back in here. I have popped in quite often, since that first post way back that drew my attention to your blog (the one on Father Byles). But I haven't posted too much.
It's been long going, and not a smooth ride, and quite a bit of wavering back and forth. But in September, I will finally be able to bring my parish at my own Episcopal church to a peaceful close, without just dumping everything in others' laps.
Anyway, I'll be starting RCIA Inquiry at the local Catholic Church at that time, and we'll see what happens after that. I've already been in contact with the director and the priest. So keep me in your prayers. I'm not going to get a lot of support from family or friends.
St. Michael the Archangel defend us in battle. Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil. May God rebuke him we humbly pray, and do thou O prince of the Heavenly hosts, by the power of the Most High, thrust into Hell Satan and all of the evil spirits who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.
This blog has been created for the defense of the Church that Jesus Christ established: One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church. No articles on this blog are guaranteed to be free of error, though I do my best to represent and present what the Church teaches in a clear, concise, and accurate manner. If you have found something that should be corrected or have any questions, feel free to email me. Thanks for visiting The Catholic Warrior and may God Bless you always!
I was born in Georgia and lived there the first two years of my life. Then my family moved here to Montrose, Colorado. I currently am planning on attending Ave Maria University this Fall, and hoping to go to seminary after a couple of years.
When I turned 10 my dad became Catholic, which was very hard on the rest of our family since we were all Protestant and had some anti Catholic feelings. But after a year of intense study I joined my dad and entered the Catholic Church. Since then, over seven years ago now, I have grown in the love of my Faith greatly and wish others to come to have this joy. Please keep me in your prayers, as I will pray for especially all of those visiting my blog.
